Caffeine Nation

The podcast will explore why our nation is addicted to caffeine, what the mental health manual says about caffeine use and misuse, and whether the nation is ready to cutback on caffeine.

“I can hardly wait to get the kid off to daycare because the next stop is the local coffee shop with the familiar round logo. At 7:30 AM, it is the only business open in its strip mall, but parking is still a struggle. Inside, I breathe deeply of the coffee smell and take in the ambience. Last in line, I have time to fish around my wallet for my “Gold” card. The barista already knows what I want as soon as she lays eyes on me. Yep, I’m a regular, and even though I promised myself that I was going to cut back to three times per week, here I am again.”  A quote from a member of UMM team!
